Lazy people

As my life goes on, I am constantly trying to eat healthier and exercise.  For many Americans, that is the opposite.  Over my life, portion sizes have become increasingly larger and larger.  Obesity has become a huge problem that is harder and harder to end.   It may not be that people are ordering the super-size at McDonald's or Burger King, but they are going there two to three times a week.  Where I live, we have a food court that consists of six or seven different fast food restaurants and every weekday from 11:30 to 1:30 it is completely packed with people.  It's sad because its the same people who go during the week.

As stated in the article, "60% of U.S. adults do not exercise enough and 25% of adults don't exercise at all," that is shocking.  Americans are getting lazier and lazier and not doing any work.  It is pathetic how high that percentage is.   Now-a-days it seems like the kids are no longer going out side and playing games like "manhunt" or "tag", but just staying inside and playing video games and eating food. When I was a little kid none of my friends had video game consoles, but now if you ask any kid, its almost certain that they have some sort of video game system.
